For a restoration or mitigation, do I need to hire a professional to clean up the damage before you restore it?

No! At Landall Restoration, we handle it all for you. Our team of experts will effectively rid your home or business of water, mold, or smoke with specialized equipment. If not cleaned correctly, both your home and your health could be put at risk, so we prefer to do all of the cleanup and mitigation to ensure you are safe and it's done properly.

Do you work with insurance companies?

We are very experienced in dealing directly with insurance companies regarding claims. Please keep in mind that both we the contractor, and the insurance companies true customer is you however, so at times we may ask for you to help facilitate communication.

Do I have to do the communication with my adjuster during the approval process for estimating and supplementing?
